VedreliefTM is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship only through reputed courier agencies.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

There is a minimum shipping charges of Rs.100 for any order below Rs. 999/-. For orders Above Rs. 999/- there is no shipping cost and the shipping is Free. However please note there may be fixed COD charges irrespective of the order amount. The shipping charges and minimum order value may change as and when if there are any offers during a certain period.

Our prices are all inclusive.  

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched the next working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days. Few areas which are out of coverage deliverable areas, the delivery time may be longer. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if  the product is received in damaged condition?

Ifyou have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at vedrelief@gmail.com or whatsapp the parcel opening video at +91 9176358021 mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a replacement is issued. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Cancellation, Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

 Cancellation:

  • How do I cancel an order? – If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by getting in touch with us at vedrelief@gmail.com or call us at +91 9176358021
  • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. No refund applicable if the products are already shipped.
Return & Replacement:
  • If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
  • For other Products – In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the packageand return the package to the delivery person.
  • Please contact our customer service for initiating the replacement and send us the images/snapshots of the damaged product. Once our returns section receives and verifies the product, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund as the case may be.Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
  • Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the stock and replacement product. In such cases, we will offer only a refund.

Refund Policy: If Refund request is accepted, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery, including any gift (free items) associated with it;
  • Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
  • Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
International Shipping 
  • International orders are shipped within 2-7 working days. The above rules are for the available products.
  • All our products are shipped world wide to about 228 countries through reputed courier partners like DHL, Bluedart, Fedex or Speed post.
  • Once dispatched, the shipment tracking details will be shared via email. Deliveries will only occur between Monday-Friday.
  • Shipping charges of Flat Rs. 3000 per kg will be applicable on all international orders.
  • All international shipping orders may or may not attract local duties applicable in that country and the customer will have to pay locally, accordingly. We will not be able to confirm what these charges will be in advance and are not liable to pay these from our end.
