At VedRelief, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. While we strive to deliver premium Ayurvedic wellness products, we understand that there may be rare occasions requiring support through returns or exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of Ayurvedic wellness and personal care products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.

We do offer returns or free replacements in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Item received is damaged, leaked, or expired
  • Packaging defect impacting product usage

Notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing orders@vedrelief.com or WhatsApping us at +91 99625 02000 with:

  • Clear images of the product and outer packaging
  • Invoice or Order ID

Refunds

Upon review and approval:

  • A replacement will be shipped free of cost OR
  • A refund/store credit will be initiated (5–7 business days)

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery
  • Opened or partially used products
  • Minor leaks, label smudges, or natural sedimentation that do not impact safety or efficacy
  • Delays caused by courier services

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us directly. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
